After we left Zak and Elizabeth’s house in Mayfield, KY we drove to Lexington, KY before driving on to Hershey, PA. We stopped in Lexington for one very important reason. Mythili. No no Mythili wasn’t sick or cranky and we didn’t stop for her to go potty. We stopped to see Mythili Viswanathan, Karen’s friend from college after whom Mythili is named.After meeting at Mythili’s house we went out to eat at Carino’s Italian Grill. All of the food was great as well as the Italian sodas and Mythili generously paid for all of our dinners.
After dinner, Mthili gave us a driving tour of Lexington and showed us where she works at the University of Kentucky. We took a nice walk through a park and around the library that is on campus. We had a great visit even though it was too short.
