For the past month or so we have been baking our own bread instead of buying it from the store. We bought a bread machine off of craigslist for $20. We use the machine to do all the mixing and kneading. We then put it in a loaf pan and bake it in our oven instead of the bread machine. The bread comes out much better that way and has a better shape for sandwiches. It has been saving us some money at the grocery store.
